Your New Years Resolution

    1. by diet- start small by drinking a lot of water (6-8 cups per day).   You can also avoid fast food and try to cook at home more in order to control portions (and save money!)

    2. by exercise – Arnold Schwarzenegger and Fabbio did not grow muscle with one day at the gym.  It took time and they started with small weights and doing a little bit everyday.  Set up a schedule and adhere to it.  It is more important to be consistent than the actual amount of time in one go.

  2. Sleep – to be restful and alert for the next day!
